Taco Tuesdays! It’s one of our favorite days of the week. They’re simple to make, packed full of flavor and easily customizable to every person’s preferences.

Ingredients

Ingredients

    • 1 lb chicken thighs
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp cumin
    • 1 tsp garlic
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Street taco shells

    Optional toppings

    • Avocado
    • Guacamole
    • Pico de Gallo
    • Salsa
    • Greek yogurt

    • Shredded cheese

    Step by Step Instructions

    Step 1

    Place all ingredients into a zip-top bag or a storage container with lid. Shake to coat. Refrigerate for 1-4 hrs 

    Step 2

    Preheat grill or griddle. Alternatively bake at 425F

    Step 3

    Cook chicken to an internal temperature of at least 165F. Rest for 5 minutes.  

    Step 4

    Warm taco shells 

    Step 5

    Cut chicken into strips or or dice into small chunks

    Step 6

    Assemble tacos and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
