Jollywood Nights: Disney’s Newest Holiday Party

Gather ’round, festive friends! It’s that time of year again, and guess what’s lighting up the holiday scene? Drum roll, please… introducing Disney Jollywood Nights – the ultimate holiday extravaganza! So, dust off your holiday hats, let the snowflakes fall, and let’s embark on a winter adventure that’s as enchanting as it is unforgettable.
Many of you are probably familiar with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party which is hosted at the Magic Kingdom each year. But this year, special for 2023, Disney has announced a second holiday event, Disney’s Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios. The event is promising to be full of festive glitz and old Hollywood Glamour. While we don’t yet know how it will compare to the MVMCP, we’re excited to experience it first hand!
Experience the Enchantment
As the clock strikes 8:30 p.m., the magic unfolds! From November 11 to December 20, 2023, on select nights, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will transform into a wonderland of holiday fun from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. And here’s the icing on the gingerbread cookie – ticket holders can get in as early as 7:00 PM on the day of their ticket! No need to worry about an extra theme park ticket or reservation – the holiday magic is all you need!
Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit as you wander through Disney’s Hollywood Studios, each corner a celebration of a different genre. The Latin Street Fair on Commissary Lane is promised to be a lively street party, while the Theater of the Stars hosts a live holiday special by none other than everyone’s favorite Muppets- Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy! A variety of Disney favorites such as Princesses and Mickey might just make an appearance with the Muppets as well! And there’s also a merry sing-along waiting for you at Hyperion Theater.
Unveil the Glittering Entertainment
Swing to the jazzy tunes at a cozy jazz lounge in The Hollywood Brown Derby. Or step into a fantasy realm at The Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard, where the holiday magic takes on a whole new life.
But wait, the grand finale is “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” – a sensational nighttime show that’s a medley of music, fireworks, dazzling projections, and pure holiday joy. Get ready to be dazzled like never before!
Unforgettable Photo Moments
Capture the magic with exclusive PhotoPass photo opportunities that transport you straight into the heart of the holidays. Strike a pose with Mickey and pals in Animation Courtyard, hang out with Phineas and Ferb at Echo Lake, and channel your inner superhero with Edna Mode and her super friend at Pixar Place. The special event tickets include free digital downloads and new PhotoPass experiences exclusive to the party.
After-Hours Adventures Under the Stars
Embark on a journey of after-hours magic with exclusive access to your favorite rides and coasters, including Slinky Dog Dash and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. And yes, all you Star Wars aficionados, “Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance” will be using a virtual queue for an epic galactic experience. Best of all, due to the limited capacity of the event, we expect wait times for attractions to be significantly lower than a normal day at the park.
Delight in Festive Treats
Give your taste buds a holiday treat with exclusive party delights. Savor a Spicy Korean Chicken on a Mini Funnel Cake, relish a vibrant Christmas Tree Cookie Stack inspired by the Echo Lake Christmas Tree, and indulge in classic cocktails and holiday beverages that’ll warm your heart and soul.
Tickets and Dates
Mark your calendars and get ready to unwrap the magic! Starting June 29, tickets became available for guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, and Shades of Green. For all other guests, the tickets were up for grabs on July 6 through the Walt Disney World website. Ticket prices will range from $159 to $179 per person. The party dates are:
November: 11, 18, 20, 27, 29
December: 4, 6, 16, 18, 20
